The directory is designed to use only its own scripts and locally served assets. Matcher and questionnaire answers stay in page memory: they are not sent to Kyan, placed in links or kept after you close or reload the page. Pages use security headers to restrict scripts, connections and framing.

Directory insights are daily counts for each practice. They contain no visitor identifier, IP address, browser identifier or time of day, and are never used to order profiles. Hosting and security processing are explained separately in the privacy policy.

If you find a security problem, contact Kyan with the affected page and a description. Please avoid accessing other people's information and do not include passwords, client details or sensitive data in the report. The security contact file provides the reporting channel.
