We aim to make the Kyan Practice directory usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and small displays, following WCAG 2.1 AA. The design includes named controls, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, semantic headings, language information, reduced-motion support and information that does not depend on colour alone.

This page describes our accessibility approach; it is not a certification of conformance. You do not need to complete the matcher or a questionnaire to browse counsellors or contact a practice.

If something prevents you from using the directory, contact us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and, if helpful, the assistive technology or browser involved. Do not include client or health information. A person will review the issue and help you find an accessible way to obtain the information.
