Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
“I help you find changes that fit, with people beside you”

Session languages: English
People come to me when stress, anxiety, family conflict, or a trauma experience is getting in the way.
I am dedicated to providing a personalized therapeutic experience for each person I see. I have a social work background, and I help you build a supportive community and involve your support network in the work. I provide a nonjudgmental space that puts your needs and your input first. I offer guidance, and I will challenge you when that is useful. Together we look for solutions that fit your life.
I use integrative and eclectic approaches, and I choose what fits your age and your situation. I want you to leave with tools and an understanding you can use, and with people around you who can support the changes you want to make.
I start from what you need. You can lead the session when you are able to, and I step in with guidance and a challenge when that helps. I believe a nonjudgmental, understanding space is essential to building a productive therapeutic relationship.
I work in an integrative and eclectic way. I pick developmentally appropriate approaches, because I see children from age 6, preteens, teens, and adults.
I work with children from age 6, preteens, teens, young adults, adults, and people over 65. People come when they want help processing a trauma experience, with anxious or depressive feelings, with emotions and how they respond, and with relationships, conflict, communication, or coping. Family conflict and stress are part of that. I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients, and with people connected to the military and to veterans.
I bring a social work background, and I bring the view that a therapist's life experience belongs in the room alongside training. Building a supportive community, and involving that network in the work, is part of how I practice.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I completed a Master of Social Work at Walden University in 2022, and before that a BA in Human Development and Family Studies at American Military University. My experience is with stress, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, and with confidence and self-esteem, and with children, teens, and adults.
