About Leandra
People come with grief, with sleep problems, with depression, with burnout, and with self-worth and self-confidence.
The hour is a protected space where you can meet yourself, with openness, with compassion for yourself, and with the courage to try another way. Lightness and humor have a place too.
I am a federally recognised psychotherapist, and I have cantonal authorisation to practise psychotherapy in Bern.
Between 2015 and 2017 I worked in the Department of Cognitive and Restorative Neurology at Inselspital Bern. In 2025 I opened my own practice in Bern.

The relationship comes first. I work at eye level, and I want the meeting to be a human one. Authenticity, empathy, and a touch of humor set the tone.
