About Jessica
People come to me with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, family conflict, and life transitions. I also have experience with executive functioning difficulties, learning challenges, and behavioral problems.
I also see young adults, and people who identify as gay, lesbian, or non-binary.
I also hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Widener University and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.
My approach to therapeutic work is collaborative, developmentally-informed, and research-based. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and family systems theory. My practicum placements were with the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, Dragonfly Psychological Associates, and Delaware Psychiatric Center.
How Jessica works
With chronic illness, and especially Type 1 diabetes, I support clients with the mental health side of managing the condition. My interests also include school consultation, health psychology, and psychoeducational assessment, alongside psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
