I start from a plain belief. We behave as we behave for a reason, even when that reason is not yet clear. Therapy is where we look for it, together. The approaches I draw on include cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred work, a humanistic stance, emotionally focused work, motivational interviewing, solution-focused work, trauma-focused work, rational emotive behaviour therapy, and family or couple work when that is what you came for.

What I hope you leave with is the freedom to speak, and a path that feels like yours. No matter what is going on, I am here.

The first meeting can be 15 minutes, and nothing is attached to it.

I will not judge you morally for what you say.

I work with individuals, with adults, and with elders, people of 65 and over. I also see couples. My main specialities are trauma and PTSD, addiction, and personality disorders. Around them I work with anger, stress, low mood, grief, conflict, relationships, change, and parenting. I also work with life transitions, divorce, and family conflict.

I am a licensed psychologist in South Carolina, licence PSY1615, and I hold a PsyD. For telepsychology I hold PSYPACT's authority to practise interjurisdictional telepsychology, mobility number 23190.
